A few of my projects
(a few...) Mentors
Worked with Tony over a period of ~2 years where i observed and learnt firsthand about leading from the front, proactive initiatives, drive, discipline, communication and professionalism. But more than that i got a brother and a friend who taught me so much in that short span of time spent working together.
The adage that people work for managers aptly sums up my learning with Pierre. A manager who knew my potential and had my back when it mattered most. Learnt how to take a step back and support others as necessary without losing focus on the goal, a kind of leading from the back so to speak. Learnt a lot over afternoon coffee discussions regarding not only work but also life in general.
