A few of my projects
Mentor
A way to guide those in the professional space by working with them in a range of activities, giving them the responsibility to take up challenges and confidence to solve them on their own.
With the fast changing professional environment, collaborative work becomes even more important where the strengths and weaknesses of each, are complemented by others.
The best part being these lessons work well beyond the 9-5, to identify like minded folks and opportunities to build into the future.
Life Coach
Planting ethical seeds for the future generations by imparting essential life lessons that cultivate resilience, empathy, critical thinking, and most importantly, humility.
Guiding individuals, couples and families to take initiative and inspire others by fostering an environment where responsibility is embraced, challenges are faced head-on and a sense of accountability for actions, is instilled.
A holistic approach that helps create a ripple effect, where the values and skills learned today will blossom into strong, compassionate leaders of tomorrow, in every aspect of life.
As one invests in their growth, it ensures that the legacy of knowledge and integrity continues, transforming not only their futures but also the fabric of each family, community and consequentially, society.
(a few...) Mentors
Worked with Tony over a period of ~2 years where i observed and learnt firsthand about leading from the front, proactive initiatives, drive, discipline, communication and professionalism. But more than that i got a brother and a friend who taught me so much in that short span of time spent working together.
The adage that people work for managers aptly sums up my learning with Pierre. A manager who knew my potential and had my back when it mattered most. Learnt how to take a step back and support others as necessary without losing focus on the goal, a kind of leading from the back so to speak. Learnt a lot over afternoon coffee discussions regarding not only work but also life in general.
